Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for eligible items only and must meet all requirements outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Only items marked as returnable in the product listing are eligible for return. Items identified as non-returnable are final sale.

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be requested and approved before shipment. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Window
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval. Returns sent after this period may be denied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—unused, unaltered, complete, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Prepaid Return Labels
If a prepaid return shipping label is provided for convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Inspection & Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Condition Review
Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
