Terms of Service

By accessing and placing an order with The Rustic Ivy, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Orders & Payments
All orders must be fully paid at checkout. Orders that are not completed or paid are not considered confirmed purchases and inventory is not reserved.

Order Finality & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Once an order is submitted, it enters processing and is considered final.
Exceptions may be granted before shipment at our sole discretion. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing or transaction fee.

Product Descriptions & Condition
All items are accurately described and photographed to the best of our ability. Many items sold are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of age or prior use, which are disclosed in listings. Customers are responsible for reviewing all listing details, photos, and measurements prior to purchase.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for eligible items and must comply with our Return & Refund Policy. Return approval is required prior to shipment. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with required documentation, including photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. All packaging materials must be retained until the claim is resolved.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Carrier delays after shipment are outside our control.

Delivered, Lost, or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Refunds are not issued for packages marked Delivered. Customers must work directly with the carrier to open investigations when necessary. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information.

Limitation of Liability
The Rustic Ivy is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
