Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers selected at checkout. Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for every shipment. Once an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on carrier, shipping method selected, and destination. Carrier delays after shipment are outside our control, but we are happy to assist with tracking inquiries.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient at that time.

Lost or Missing Packages
Refunds are not issued for packages marked Delivered. Customers must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details or carrier documentation if needed.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
