Mid-century Penguin paperback editions (1950s–early 1960s printings based on copyright pages shown). Classic orange and cream covers with roundel illustrations.

Condition:

All books show noticeable wear consistent with age. Edge wear, rubbing, cover creasing, and age toning throughout. Visible staining/spotting on some covers, especially The Peloponnesian War. Interior pages are toned. One book contains a previous owner name dated October 1962. Bindings remain intact and readable.

These are well-worn vintage reading copies with character.
